Our normal business hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm PST. All orders usually ship within 2 business days from the date on which the order was received. Orders that are placed after 3:00 PM PST each day will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are processed the following business day. We do not ship on holidays and or weekends.
Domestic shipments may take between 1 to 7 business days, international shipments take between 8 to 20 business days, both dependent on final destination and shipping methods. International customer will take full responsibility for local import tariffs and or import regulations associated with the importation of products. (Company name) bears no responsibility or liability for any delays, seizure, legal action, or other consequence that may arise as a result of the shipping of any nicotine to the international destination.
We will make our best efforts to ship orders immediately. We, however, are unable to guarantee delivery on certain dates to different shipping time variances. Weather and other conditions may affect delivery times that we have no control of.
We offer FEDEX and USPS for all domestic shipments. FEDEX, USPS, and DHL for all international shipments. Free shipping does not apply to international orders and or expedited orders.
All nicotine sales are final without exception. The only time we will accept a return or exchange for an item, is if the item is damaged from shipping (damaged due to mishandling by the shipping courier), manufacturer defect, or items received was incorrect.
To complete your return, follow the directions below:
-Email us your full name, order number and reason for return to email@example.com. If your item was damaged, please include pictures and be as detailed as possible.
-We will review your Returned Merchandise Authorization within 1-2 business days letting you know whether your RMA has been accepted, declined or if further verification is needed.
If an RMA is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can attach to your return package which must be shipped back to us immediately. Packages will be returned using the same carrier that was chosen at checkout. If returns are not sent back to us within 5 business days of first notifying E Juice To Go Corp, your RMA will no longer be valid.
